1. Format and cost
All visitor tickets purchased through bucharestcardshow.ro are delivered exclusively in electronic format (a PDF ticket with a unique QR code). Electronic delivery is free of charge, RON 0.
2. Delivery timing
After NETOPIA Payments confirms payment, the system automatically initiates ticket issuance and sends the ticket to the email address supplied with the order. The message normally arrives shortly after confirmation, but actual timing also depends on email providers.
3. Buyer responsibilities and support
The buyer must provide a correct address and check Spam/Junk folders. If payment is confirmed but the ticket does not arrive, the buyer should email contact@bucharestcardshow.ro and quote the order number and purchase email address, without sending card details or the QR code.
4. Ticket use
The ticket may be presented on a phone or in print. Each QR code permits one entry, and the first successful scan marks the ticket as used.
