1. Seller identity and scope
The legal seller of Bucharest Card Show tickets is PNT ENTERPRISE SRL, tax identifier 55275289, trade register number J2026045848003, with registered office at 41 Covasna St., Bl. F19, Entrance 3, Floor 4, Apt. 30, postal code 041676. Contact: 0767.018.307, contact@bucharestcardshow.ro. PNT ENTERPRISE SRL is the event organizer and the legal seller of the tickets. These terms apply only to visitor tickets purchased through bucharestcardshow.ro. Exhibitor table reservations are governed by separate commercial rules.
2. Tickets, prices and conclusion of the order
Confirmed standard prices are RON 59.99 for the General ticket and RON 29.99 for the Junior ticket. Children under 4 enter free, accompanied by an adult holding a ticket. The Junior ticket is valid for children aged 4 to 12 inclusive, and from 13 years a General ticket is required. The organizer may request proof of age at the entrance for Junior tickets. For every order, the category, unit price, quantity, RON currency and final total are displayed before payment is initiated. Prices may be updated for future orders. A later published change does not alter the price of an already confirmed order. The order is considered completed only after the payment processor confirms payment; returning to the website, without payment confirmation, does not prove payment.
3. Payment
Online card payment is processed by NETOPIA Payments in the processor's secure environment. The Bucharest Card Show website does not collect, access or store the full card number, CVV/CVC code or other complete card authentication data. PNT ENTERPRISE SRL retains only the data needed for the order and transaction record, such as the processor reference, amount, currency and payment status.
4. Electronic ticket delivery
Delivery is exclusively electronic and free of charge. After payment is confirmed, the system automatically initiates generation of the PDF ticket with a unique QR code and sends it to the email address supplied by the buyer. The message normally arrives shortly after confirmation, but actual delivery time may depend on email providers. The buyer should also check Spam/Junk folders and contact contact@bucharestcardshow.ro if the ticket does not arrive, quoting the order number and without sending card details.
5. Entry and use of the QR code
Entry requires presentation of the ticket on a phone or in print and scanning of its QR code. Each QR code is valid for one entry. The first successful scan marks the ticket as used and later attempts are rejected. The buyer is responsible for keeping the QR code confidential and must not publish or distribute it.
6. Right of withdrawal and buyer-initiated cancellation
Tickets grant access to an event scheduled for a specific date or period. Under Article 16(1)(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer does not benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for this purchase. After payment confirmation, the ticket cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged at the buyer's initiative, except in the cases expressly provided in these terms and for rights that cannot be contractually restricted. Non-attendance, a change in personal schedule or selecting the wrong category do not, by themselves, create a right to reimbursement. 7. Event cancellation or rescheduling
If the organizer definitively cancels the event, PNT ENTERPRISE SRL will initiate, without undue delay, a full refund of the amount actually paid for the ticket, using the same payment method where technically possible; an alternative method will be used only with the buyer's agreement. If the event is rescheduled or moved to another venue, tickets remain valid for the new date or venue. A buyer unable to attend may request a refund within the reasonable window stated in the official rescheduling notice. The notice will state the applicable procedure and deadline without restricting mandatory statutory rights. Relevant changes will be communicated through the website and/or to the email address associated with the order.
8. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
For support or complaints, the buyer may email contact@bucharestcardshow.ro or call 0767.018.307. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) mechanism of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
9. Personal data
Processing of data needed for the order, payment, ticket issuance and delivery is described in the Privacy Policy and GDPR Information Notice published on the website. Full card data is processed in the payment processor's environment, not by the Bucharest Card Show website.
10. Applicable law and accepted version
These terms are governed by Romanian law and do not restrict consumers' mandatory rights. The version displayed and accepted when the order is placed is associated with that order. Later amendments apply only to future orders, except for changes required by law.
