PNT ENTERPRISE SRL treats data supplied through bucharestcardshow.ro as confidential and applies technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk. Data is used only for purposes explained to the buyer, including order administration, payment, ticket issuance and delivery, support, security and compliance with legal obligations. Card payments are processed by NETOPIA Payments in the processor's secure environment. The website does not collect, access or store the full card number or CVV/CVC code; only metadata needed for the order and transaction record is retained. Personal-data requests may be sent to contact@bucharestcardshow.ro. The contact form published on the website collects the name, email address, subject and message you enter. We use them solely to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with people who write to us, or of pre-contractual steps where the message concerns an order or a partnership. The message is not stored in the website database: it is emailed to the Bucharest Card Show team and remains in that mailbox, where the retention periods in the GDPR Information Notice apply. The form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile.
