Payments

Online payments for Bucharest Card Show tickets are denominated and processed in RON through NETOPIA Payments. Before payment, the ticket category, unit price, quantity and final order total are displayed. The buyer is transferred to the processor's secure environment to enter card details. Bucharestcardshow.ro does not collect, access or store the full card number or CVV/CVC code. The website receives and retains only the result and metadata required to reconcile the transaction, such as the reference, amount, currency and status. The ticket is issued only after the processor confirms payment. Returning to the website without that confirmation does not prove payment. If payment is confirmed but the ticket is not received, the buyer may contact contact@bucharestcardshow.ro with the order number and without sending card details.
