FAQ
Answers about tickets, admission, trading, collections, grading, parking and everything that makes up the Bucharest Card Show experience.
How much is admission, and where can I buy my ticket?
Tickets are bought online, by card, in the “Tickets” section. That is where the current price is, including any open promotional price. You can also buy at the door, but online is faster and cheaper.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can show it directly on your phone at the entrance. Open the PDF you received by email and show the QR code. If you prefer, you can also print it.
Do children enter for free?
Children under 4 enter for free, accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Ages 4 to 12 have the Junior ticket, cheaper than the General one; from 13 a General ticket is needed.
Can I leave the event and return later on the same day?
Of course! As long as the participant's wristband is not torn or removed from their wrist, they may re-enter the venue throughout the announced programme.
Do I need to rent a table (be a vendor) if I only want to trade with other visitors?
No. Vendors rent tables mainly to sell their cards and stickers. We have a dedicated trading area that is completely free for participants.
May I bring a backpack or bag full of binders and cards?
As long as your back does not hurt from the backpack, absolutely! We encourage you to bring your collection.
Can I sell cards from my personal collection to vendors with tables?
Many vendors are willing to buy your rare pieces, so do not leave them at home! Be ready for some great rounds of negotiation, though.
What are the rules for open trading at the event?
The people who come to Bucharest Card Show make the rules, as long as everyone stays within the bounds of common sense.
Will there only be sports cards, or will I also find Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.?
Bucharest Card Show is a diverse event! Alongside Sports Cards (football, tennis, basketball, F1, and WWE), you will find Disney, Pokémon, TCG, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and more.
Will accessories such as sleeves, top loaders, and binders be available to buy?
You will definitely be able to buy accessories. Just ask each vendor if you do not see the product displayed directly on the table.
Will there be booths where I can submit my cards for grading?
Yes! Bucharest Card Show will have a dedicated Drop-Off section where you can leave your cards for grading, with a return time of only 2 weeks.
Is parking available at the venue?
Parking and access details are on the Venue page. Either way, whenever possible we recommend leaving your car at home and taking the metro if your situation allows it. Let's save the Planet!
See the Venue pageWill there be an area where I can buy food and drinks?
We will have a dedicated area where you can recharge your batteries throughout the event.
Will Messi and Ronaldo come to Bucharest Card Show?
They are not coming, because they are in the middle of their league seasons, but their cards will be with us, whether signed or featuring pieces from jerseys they wore in matches.
Will influencers come to Bucharest Card Show?
Yes! Alongside Pontacul, several influencers will make an appearance at BCS, and you can take photos with your favourites or even trade cards with them.
Can tickets also be purchased in person?
Yes, but we recommend buying your tickets online. Entry will be much faster, and you will not have to wait in a queue. The online price is also better!
What are the opening hours?
Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00. The address, metro and parking are on the Venue page.
See the Venue pageCan I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes. At checkout you type the attendee's name for each ticket and that name is printed on it. Entry is by QR scan, so you can pass the ticket on.
Can I get a refund if I can no longer come?
Tickets are not refunded for personal reasons: an event on a fixed date is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (Article 16(1)(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). You can pass the ticket to someone else instead, because entry is by QR scan. If the event is cancelled you are refunded through the original payment method, and if it is rescheduled your ticket stays valid. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
Do I get an invoice for the tickets?
Yes. The invoice is issued to the order details once payment is confirmed and arrives by email, separately from the tickets. For a company invoice, tick “I am buying as a company” at checkout and fill in the registration number.
I did not receive my tickets by email. What do I do?
First look in Spam, Junk or Promotions for the email from tickets@bucharestcardshow.ro. If you still have the order page open, press Resend the tickets: they go again to the address on the order. If they still do not arrive, write to contact@bucharestcardshow.ro from the address used at purchase.
How do I pay at the sellers' tables?
It depends on the seller: some take cards, others cash only. We recommend bringing cash so you do not miss a purchase.
Is the hall step-free?
Yes. The hall is step-free, including for prams and wheelchairs.
Can I take photos and film at the event?
Yes, you are welcome to take photos and clips. If you are filming at a table, ask the seller first.
