1. No statutory right of withdrawal
Tickets are services related to leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Under Article 16(1)(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the purchase is exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. After payment confirmation, the ticket cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged at the buyer's initiative for personal reasons, without affecting rights that cannot be contractually restricted.
2. Event cancellation
If the organizer definitively cancels the event, PNT ENTERPRISE SRL will initiate, without undue delay, a full refund of the amount actually paid for the ticket. The same payment method will be used where technically possible; an alternative method will be used only with the buyer's agreement.
3. Rescheduling or venue change
Tickets remain valid for the new date or venue. A buyer unable to attend may request a refund within the reasonable window stated in the official rescheduling notice. The exact procedure and deadline will be communicated with the change and will not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
4. Requests
Requests must be sent to contact@bucharestcardshow.ro and include the order number and email address used for the purchase, but not card details or the QR code.
